MDLIVE is a reliable and affordable alternative to urgent care clinics for more than 80 common, non-emergency conditions like flu, sinus infections, pink eye, ear pain, and UTIs.²

Your doctor can order prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy and provide short-term renewals of existing medications. A summary of your visit can be shared with your local doctor upon request.

Primary Care

Schedule MDLIVE Primary Care visits for preventive wellness screenings and routine care, including non-urgent medical concerns and ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, asthma, and heart disease. Your doctor can provide specialist referrals and order prescriptions and lab work.

You can see the same doctor for each appointment so your provider can get to know you and your health and wellness needs. Plus, MDLIVE can share your appointment records with your local primary care doctor upon request.

WELLNESS SCREENINGS

Your MDLIVE board-certified doctor will help identify any potential health issues, discuss ways to improve your health, and recommend follow-up care, if necessary.
Your preventive care benefit Includes a health risk assessment and wellness screenings which, with associated lab work for your visit, maybe covered at no cost to you. Please check with your plan.
Have labs, bloodwork, and biometrics completed at local facilities.
Receive referrals to specialists when appropriate.

ROUTINE CARE

Routine care helps you manage ongoing conditions and establish a relationship with your primary care provider (PCP).
Your doctor will help manage your health and well-being through regular visits, labs, diagnostics, and specialist referrals, when appropriate.
Receive prescriptions, if appropriate, that can be sent to a local or home delivery pharmacy.

Mental Health

If you're struggling with family stress, work-related changes, relationship issues, or the loss of a loved one, MDLIVE licensed therapists can support you with talk therapy and coping strategies, and our board-certified psychiatrists are here to help with assessments and medication management³.

When you need to see a dermatologist, it's important to get care quickly - especially if you're dealing with a suspicious spot, rash, or other condition. But far too often, it may take weeks or even months to get an in-person visit with a dermatologist.

Now, you can connect easily with a board-certified dermatologist through MDLIVE without the long wait. There's no doctor appointment required⁴. Best of all, access to virtual dermatology care is available to you and your eligible dependents as part of your health benefits.

HERE'S HOW VIRTUAL DERMATOLOGY WORKS:

Access virtual dermatology by logging in and selecting “Dermatology”. No appointment is necessary.
Choose a provider and describe your dermatology concern and upload photos to your MDLIVE account.
No doctor appointment necessary. Get a diagnosis and treatment plan sent to you, usually within 24 hours.
Prescriptions will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, if appropriate.
Have follow-up questions? Message the dermatologist for 30 days after you receive your diagnosis and treatment plan at no additional cost.

⁴MDLIVE Dermatology visits are completed via asynchronous messaging. Diagnoses requiring testing cannot be confirmed, and patients will be referred to seek in-person care. Treatment plans will be completed within a maximum of three business days, but usually within 24 hours.
